During either player's Battle phase, if this card battles, you can tribute 1 "Chibi" monster you control, except "Chibi Cyber End Dragon": during this turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle."

btw, my effect would go as follows:
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be special summoned (from your hand) by banishing one "Cyber Dragon" and one "Power Bond" from your hand and/or deck. When this card is special summoned this way, double its ATK until the End Phase of this turn. If this card attacks a defense position monster and this cards ATK is higher than the attack targets defense, inflict piercing damage. If this card is destroyed, Special Summon one "Cyber End Dragon" from your Extra Deck.

Magari al posto di un generico Macchina Light si potrebbe mettere proprio un Cyber Drago anche se poi diventa un po + difficile da evocare.
