Effect:
This card cannot be Normal summoned or set. This card cannot be Special summoned except by it's own effect. If you have 3 or more level 7 or more Dark Monsters in your Graveyard, you can Special summon this card. When summoned in this way, destroy it during the End phase. During Standby phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove from play 1 monster your opponent controls and 3 Dark monsters in your Graveyard from play to Special summon this card.
When this card is in your graveyard, special summon It during your standby phase and draw 2 cards.

For the first summoning condition(having 3 DARK monsters in the graveyard), you need to specify from where you are summoning from. Not specifying implies from anywhere and everywhere. Also, the draw effect is OP. Almost any card that draws cards is limited(Upstart Goblin and T.G. Hyper Librarian) or banned outright(Pot of Greed and Chicken Game). Please reduce it to 1 draw and put a hard OPT on it (You can only use this effect of "Dark Solace Dragon" once per turn.)

Yeah, the first effect needs to be specified from where. Also, the Special Summoning effect where you can banish 1 monster your opponent controls and 3 dark monsters in your graveyard is a bit OP. I say get rid of the "banish 1 monster your opponent controls" and just have the other effect where you can draw 1 card after its summoned.

even though it is just a recolor, it seems to have a whole other expression , not an evil one but rather a truly twisted sense of purity that strives and grows in darkness.

It doesn't have to be Dark to be a Dark Counterpart, nor does the original monster have to be non-Dark to begin with. The art and behaviour itself were supposed to imply it's the monster's polar opposite, and I think it brings that point up quite well in the artwork.
