I adore this picture. You were brilliant not to toy with it and leave it raw. I have a surpressed fear of heights and I'm gettng a cheap thrill from staring at it.
Fabulous.

... thx Kerry... the exterior is actually more exciting than the interior, but it doesn't lend itself well to photography because you stand underneath it while it spans a chain of graffiti-laden boxcars...
... hmmm... then again, constrasts like that might be what I should shoot for...

One could simply get lost in looking at the design and all the interesting angles here and not pay any attention to where they are walking....guess it's a good thing they have the guardrails for protection The architecture is very lovely to look at, thanks for sharing.

... I'll definitely look into it...
... the exterior is even more captivating, but I couldn't get a decent shot at the time (a moving van was in the way of the vantage point I wanted...)
... the way the supports form a continuously graceful tilt, common sense tells you it would fall over at any second...

I love all this modern shit.
Well, not to derogatise it...cos this is a great photo. The way you took the picture in the centre of the walkway makes this look almost...kaleidascope-like.
One thing that might need to be changed, if you wanted to, is the stains on the floor, dirty dirty. ^_>

Well man...next time you take a picture of something with concrete on it, I strongly insist you bring a mop, a bucket, and some chewing gum remover type thingy stuff. Cos there's always gonna be a concrete walkway with chewing gum stuck on it. Those crazy, chewing-gum-chewing kids...whyioughta...!

... at midspan, you can look underneath and watch freight trains go by... I watched a 110-car train pass, then abruptly looked up at the overhead beams.... combine the retinal print of watching a train go "down" plus a constantly changing architecture going "up" and the whole thing's a lot like a rollercoaster experience, but nothing's moving!

... on the other side is this vast open space that has been procured by the Seattle Art Museum's as their new "Sculpture Park"... apparently they have more works than they know what to do with, so they're planning an open-air semi-permanent exhibit on the other side of the walkway (facing west and towards saltwater...)
... did you ever read the book "A Wrinkle In Time"?

... thank you for observations... at one point, I considered messing with it in Photoshop to make it more psychedelic, but nothing could compare to the reality behind the existing architecture and how this maze of wires and canvas could possibly hold up a vast concrete sidewalk...
