So i saw a neat realistic raccoon base that i thought i mess with by www.deviantart.com/mikaley/art… and had a blast making it. Though i wasn't sure if they'd be a character or not. (I was more making it for a idea ref for a spotted skunk character i was designing.) But who knows. Maybe they might.

They are supposed to be a tech savy animal. Kinda the same universe idea as my Chipmunk FPV story where animals are really as smart as humans. But hide this fact and pretend to be 'stupid animals' to not show their really smart. Here. This 'Ringtail' guy shows his gear in town where it's hidden from human view and tech. So he's wearing his normal carrying pack and gloves to walk about. His normal view of animal would be on the far right. His left paw was burned from trying to save a device that had a battery explosion and was on fire.

The little radio on his ear was interesting to design along with the harness. I wanted to go with the least amount of fur covering and way to attach that wouldn't be to straining and hold up well with the weight and flexibility a raccoon has. Also the radio idea is kinda similar to that of G-Force where the guinea pigs have a transmitter device that allow them to talk to eachother and also translate to human speech. (Though not sure his does that. More so kinda a radio/walkie talkie to others of animal kind. but who knows!)

Also NO this wasn't inspired by Guardian of the Galaxy's Rocket Raccoon crap. (My tech savy bull is far beyond those movies. So this isn't related to any of those movies or stuff.) As mentioned above this was more so supposed to be on a Spotted Skunk. But i wanted to get a Ref idea of their harness design i had and the gloves socks.
