HOO BOY! This one gave me a challenge!
I feel like in terms of models, this is the most on-model drawings I've done so far of my characters. It's a milestone in terms of my artistic growth, and I'm super happy about that.
It was definitely a challenge in terms of effects though. Originally the smoke was gonna me two-tone anime smoke. But then I realized that the cloud brush had a bit of a nicer aesthetic to it. idk. I liked it.
Lots of showing in this one. And we're hitting a crucial point. Stay tuned!

I'm glad I side-tracked from the nuz I was reading, and clicked on a link to this one to see what it was about. The concept of a certain level of free will in pokemon instead of just doing whatever the trainer says because they're the trainer is very realistic. I liked the concept of pokemon even working and earning a pay that was esstablished earlier on in the prologue, it sets up a stage for a more leveled ground, seeing pokemon more like equals instead of creatures that have to be taught basic rules. But the development that I like the most, is that Silver isn't portrayed as a criminal. He's arrogant, and impatient, but not 'evil' in the sence of the word. Nice nuz, good job!

Congrats on being on-model! I think the smokescreen effect looks great. And I think this is an interesting way to start things off, with the PokΓ©mon having more strife with their Trainers than each other - the Totodile and Cyndaquil seem to be having a friendly match while everybody else gets worked up around them. Interesting.
Also, your artwork is really shiny and pretty and nice to look at. (A very technical analysis.)

Right now, Ethan seems to be the slightly un confident protagonist, Lyra acts like the typical "I'm older than you" big sister and Silver is just plain rude. I can't wait to see how they will all develop as characters.
