Um, quick sketch I did tonight. You know, instead of homework. I have no self control, really.As usual, nothing belongs to me. Except my tablet. And a backlog of homework. *sigh*

I think this is my favorite FFVII picture I've seen. It's nice seeing a picture of Sepiroth (sp plz...) where he isn't smiling manically or in some action filled pose with cloud or his long sword.
I really like the lighting and the expression on his face, the color scheme is very good too, especially how his eye is the only "cool" color in there, let alone the only color that isn't a shade of black or red/orange.
The style also works very well for this, its original and its a style you don't see very much. At least that I haven't seen very much.

Wow, thank you! This is such an old piece that I have trouble seeing anything but what I did wrong, now...
It's supposed to be that bit of more-or-less canon where the first time Sephiroth really gets out of the labs, he's dropped into the middle of the Wutai warzone. I was thinking about it - he'd have been really young at the time... Anyway, that's where the pic came from. I'm glad you like the lighting and the style - they were both a pretty big departure for me then!

I think it works pretty well, I showed my mom a comparison between your picture and other pictures of him and she agrees its a great picture...heh...btw random fact, I'm a junior in high school =/

RE: high school - I kind of miss having someone else do half the cooking/cleaning/what-have-you. Living alone, I pretty much live on rice and eggs.
