Description Name: Blixta (From Thunder or Lightning in Swedish)
Epithet: Thunder Lugia
Type: Electric/(Psychic)
Special Attack: Tesla Charge (Energy is formed around Blixta and it attracts Electricity which she can then turn into energy for herself or charge up into a beam - Tesla Blast)

Other Info: One of the few female Lugia creations that I've done (it WAS a he but I changed it XD). She has the power to summon storms and electricity and control it however she likes. She is a good lugia with a hyperactive and energetic personality. She can fly in a thunderstorm and can collect lightning bolts with her fins which she can convert into energy for herself and recharge. She also likes dragging her feet on carpet and giving the other Lugias electric shocks XD

I think this is my favorite Lugia out of all your other ones this far. It looks awesome without being Zapdos-esque. Also, I love the head feathers (Feathers? Is that what they are? The pointy things).
