Other Info: The Lugia of time and space he is able to manipulate both by using his "laser" claws and Hour Glass. His laser claws are able to slice through dimensions and reality which means if he wants to go somewhere he can slice anywhere and go through to where he wants to go. He can summon space energies at will and concentrate them into beams to use as weapons. Can swim and fly very well. He is a quiet Lugia and prefers not to fight but will if provoked.
