*__* wow, the second panel.. you can almost see the regret and guiltiness in his eyes with all that shading.. plus the silence really adds on to this situation poor Sasuke is all worried about Naru-chan~ I really like how you captured all their expressions and the conversation is all so casual and so real, like Naruto trying to hide something from Sasuke by making an excuse. But why lie?! >.< Naru-chan~ Sasuke's there for you, you're making him worried!
