Megsy again.

A month-ish ago I was in a bit of a mood and didn't know what to draw, and after watching a few bits of the first episode of Transformers Animated I decided to do another Megatron drawing in his Cybertronian form. A couple sketches later I came up with this.

I really loved in the first episode of TFA on the Nemesis with the lighting (and not just because it was purple), and I wanted to incorporate it into the image. So here we have Lord Megatron sitting in the commander chair of his ship on his quest to find the All-spark.

I'd imagine he'd often be quite pissed searching for that thing for nearly four million years

Started this picture in June and had to put it on hold for traveling and stuff. I was just about finished with this piece when I realized Megs was missing his trademark fusion cannon (along with the realization that I've never ever drawn it in any of my pictures of him). I was hesitant to add it on, but I did in the end and I think it really brought the piece together.

Done in Photoshop CS5 with a Wacom Intuos3 tablet.
