I have no explanation for this, other than I have been watching way too many Binding of Issac playthroughs. I'd play the game myself, but my computer wants to explode just from me glancing at games. :'cI've been messing around and ended up feeling like drawing most of the familiars in the game. I THINK I'm only missing the Meat Boy familiar. I forgot about him for some reason and there was no room. So these are the other floating familiars plus Guardian Angel because it fit in with the rest of the fetuses. (Edit: of course, a while later when the chest was added a couple more familiars were introduced... oh well.)
So um, eyup. Binding of Issac fanart. Help.

Is Rainbow baby from the Wrath of the lamb DLC? It is the only one of the familiars I have not seen in an LP yet.

Yes it's from WotL. It's unlocked by beating the Cathedral with ???, so it can be difficult to get if you're rubbish with him.

Only unlockin him now is a challenge itself. That is one hard challenge. Start whit 3 spirit hearts, unable to get red hearts and starts whit one of the items I have pretty close to the bottom of the list.
If only my brothers PC culd handle the game better then taking ten sec to only move one step or going to another section of the menu in the original, then I wuld try. It is also a bit funny to see the four boss familiars together. Not ofthen you see it.
