Hey!
Does this skulltree thing come from Nausicaa the Valley of the wind?
This is nice

Thanks! I know I've seen Nausicaa, but it was a long time ago. Did it have things that looked like these? I might have been subconsciously inspired by it.

I always thought skulls were useless containers, and here you go and find a use for them. Awesome stuff

I love your use of pen-shading. I normally just use crosshatching because I can't get dots to look right from far away. Mad props, I love this.

Yeah, I've been experimenting with all sorts of things lately. For years, it was all crosshatching for me too. Give stippling another go. I had tried it on several occasions with little luck (a patience problem?). But now I seem to be able to get what I want out of it. Very satisfying! Thanks a lot for the comment!

you're welcome. Honestly there a plenty of very talented artist here but what makes your work stand out is originality. All your pieces have a character of its own. everytime I go to your gallery I enjoy your work.

beautiful
I love trees and skulls, your combination of the two is better than I could ever attempt.
I like how everything is hatched -would take way too much time for me to try (heehee, I'm kinda lazy 'bout that stuff)
The whole composition is great.
