However it also provides transportation to and from any of the other communities on Batuu, including the Surabat Community, the Peka Community, the Galma District, or any of a number of other small agricultural settlements that are sprinkled over the countryside. The shuttle will even take passengers to and from mining outposts in the asteroid field over Batuu.

These shuttles are equipped with two sub-light engines. While most are only equipped with sub-light drives, a few are equipped with hyperdrives in case a longer voyage is necessary. Travelers wanting to take a shuttle to off-world destinations, should make their reservations early, and should expect to pay a substantially higher fee.

Each transport is equipped with an onboard R-series astromech droid. While the astromech is fully capable of piloting the craft to any of its many local routine destinations, the ship usually also carries an RX-series droid to handle interactions with customers. The forward section of the ship contains a cockpit, while passengers sit in the main compartment. The cockpit is designed to accommodate a wide variety of droids or intelligent lifeforms to fill the role of pilot.
