Description
Whenever I'm on a flight, I make sure to get the window seat, so that I can shoot some pictures out the window. Then I use these "sky-scapes" as backgrounds for my aircraft and spacecraft models. The background is a photo. The aircraft are CAD. I try to get as close as I can to making it seem like the real thing. The lighting is always the trickiest part, but this image works as well as I could have hoped.
