This episode moved me a lot! Was a very cute and sad story at a time, I'm not sure if at that age Applejack, Big Macintosh and Applebloom is when they separated from their parents, but it was what I thought and I hope you enjoy it!Sketch:

I figure that her parents died before Applejack moved to Manehatten. She wanted to forget the sadness of losing them and make a fresh start in the city. After seeing the rainbow Rainbow Dash made she realized she belongs back on the Apple farm. It was probably then did she really start the healing process.
