God, I Hate Pinterest....So I just discovered that someone on Pintrest is "Adopting" out MLP Fan Characters from DeviantART including my Lián (The Baby Asian Dragon).
The so-called adoption center can be found here:

I already filled out my copyright infringement information, so I am monitoring this to make sure the images of Lián are removed.
I recommend everyone check this "Adoption Center" out, and report your works. Also, spread the word to the original artists to report their works as well if you know who they are.
How to report Copyright Infringment on Pinterest (Yes, I actually researched this);
1. When you find the artwork that is yours, click on the image to go to the "Pinned" page.
2. There is a flag in the lower left-hand corner of the image, and that will bring up an "Abuse report" popup.

I'm guessing she made it in inkscape. Which is an art program - not a website.
(by the way, it's pretty disrespectful to ask that. Some people DO draw their ponies and don't use online creators. I am one such person who draws them in Paint Tool Sai.)
