The red is sooo vivid. I love the colour contrasts that come about in your work. It strikes me at the core, a colourful orgy of intrigue I think is the best way to put it. The forms seem like they could melt away if I looked at them for too long. Beautiful!

i LIKE that it reminds you of something and you can't remember what it is. i actually giggled a little at that.....It is a subconscious thing and that is what my goal is in most of my paintings; to open up the subconscious mind in myself and in others....Thank you SOOOOOO much!!!

Sure it is important...If it is important to you, it is important. It is a woman...The woman is going through a change....That is all i can give you because i really don't know myself. It is for you to fill in the blanks...Surrealism is like that. But, i look at it as a good thing.

I love that is has no fact answer.. that is what I also love when people comment on my own paintings.. they come up with entirely different views on what the story is.. with similar traces, though.. And the nice thing is they come up with possibly more and better words than I could come up with myself, because I make pictures to specifically avoid needing to explain win words.. I am not that good with words 
I really like the painting, i can see why it is one of your favourites!

Yup, when I was a teen my friends' dad had a tomato farm and on halloween we'd get some of the rotten ones that were left in the field and we'd throw them at houses and cars and sometimes people we didn't like...it was such fun..haha

lol ok......hmm I think it is a portrayal of what it's like to be a tomato plant. They see themselves as people, just as we see ourselves as people. And this one feels like she (cause I said so!) longs to break free of the roots that hold her in place and explore this beautiful and exciting world.

Interesting landscape. The red makes it look fleshy... plus that thing coming down from the clouds kinda looks like an uvula. I like the very subtle human-shape you worked into it, too. Very cool.

Thank you for taking a look at this one. Yeah, it is supposed to have a sort of alien feel to it....Most of the stuff that comes straight from my warped little mind has some kind of alien feel, i think....i ate, drank and breathed science fiction when i was growing up. Mom hated it. Heh.....

YAY!!! Thank you for sayin' that. i have studied Dali and his techniques for the last 3 years. It is quite interesting, the way he produced the fine blending of colors and the process that he used to create ideas....i don't believe all that i have read...but, some of it is just weird enough to make sense...heh...to me any way.

I'm sad to say that I do not know much about Dali other than the art that I have seen. I know nothing about him personally. I took a few art history classes and loved them but never got far enough ahead to study him. Perhaps I'll take another classover summer.
