I found that it's best to find a real world counterpart and then just ballpark it. Whatever sounds about right.

well, maybe you could help. Here is what I have so far:

Well you have her alt-mode, most tranformers seem to end up at least twice as tall as the car in long. Not an exact law or anything as Arcee(Prime) is like three times as tall as her bike mode. You should know roughly how long the car is from the tech-specs so just double it ad add some feet or subtract depending on how large you want your bot.
That said, most standard four door cars are around ten to twelve feet in length.

Well, I do want her height to be medium for the other bots. I don't want her to be able to face off some of the larger bots and not be crushed. I don't want her to be ripped in half right after coming into battle with the large guys.

Hard to really judge without the heights of the other bots she is going to be with since size changes drastically between each version of Transformers.

Well, their sizes, no matter which version of the series, have mostly stayed the same height wise. No matter which versions, bots like Megatron and Optimus Prime have always been the big ones while bots like Sideswipe have always been small. So that is what I have always based the sizing off of.

Well general sizing yes, though exact feet and inches have bounced up and down through the various series.

For my sizes, I'm using the Transformers Prime Beast Hunters series for scale.

Then it sounds like you should have a good base to go off as Prime has a great range of size, height and body types.

Maybe. It has been a good long while.
Mostly I just wanted to bring it up to par with my kaiju bio which already has all the bells and whistles.
Also, the TF and kaiju templates are two of my most faved and viewed things here on DA and I figured it should be given some better attention if people will be using it.
