I always found these two things funny about Metalman: He looks like a doctor and he can't even take one shot of his own weapon. Great pic.

: D Some years ago when I did more RPing, I RP'd as Metalman and was the Robot Master's Chief Robo-Surgeon. : ) It was pretty fun. I've always liked Metalman. It is kinda funny that his own weapon was the one that'd stop him too. X D Thanks again!

A few years back, when I RP'd more often, I was in a Megaman themed RP where a lot of the original players could play as Cannon characters, while later-joining players were instructed to create their own. Well, my character was Metalman and I played him as the Wily-team's chief surgeon. He always seemed like some kind of robo-doc to me becuase that metal blade on his head always reminded me of a neuro-surgeon's parabolic disk, so that's how I played him.
He wasn't, like, crazy or anything [even though I know he looks a little that way here], but he was very passionate about his job, how he did it, and the safety of his of brothers. If one of them became comprimised, he often lashed out pretty violently out of anger. So that's where this's kinda commin' from. : )

Oh, well, it was YEARS ago now, but it was on this forum that a friend a' mine had hosted. It was a private forum and she only allowed in people she knew or folks that were good friends a' the friends she originally allowed on. I had wanted her to make the forum public, becuase I thought that it'd bring in more players that way and make things more interesting, but she didn't want to and it ended up kinda dying. : \

Thank ya!! I was really meticulous about this one cuz Metal's been onea my top favorites for years. I RP'd as him for quite a while about 4-5 years ago; he was the Robot Master Chief medical officer and lead surgeon [hence why I added the med cross on his shoulder]. Thinking back on that, it was awful fun. I miss playing him. : 3

Totally badass in every way.
My only complaint is that this one, just like Woodman, seems a little busy, so to speak, but I'm sure if this was finished with color, you could get rid of or lighten some of the lines and leave all the detail without it being hard to discern everything. His right (our left) hand just seems to melt into the blades he's holding.
Other than that. Badass. Especially since Metal Man has been one of my favorite robot masters since I was a wee little boy with his NES.
