A sequel to this previous map I posted. Also unlike my previous iteration of this Scenario I made a year ago, I took inspiration more from the dead "Iron Storm" map game in the Shared Games forum of alternatehistory.com site and also some from Fuhrerreich mod for Hearts of Iron IV.

I present you, Iron Storm! An Alternate Red Alert universe where there's no time travel plot involved and Hitler died in Landsberg Prison after being shived by someone. Einstein also died during the failed worker revolution in Germany during 1930s but his works were still studied further by other scientist. This one depicted a post-WWII map where the war is somewhat ended up in a stalemate following the assassination of Joseph Stalin in 1952 by a mysterious assassin, prompting the anti-Stalinist element of the country take over and sued peace with the Allies. The latter accepted a year later with a condition that the Soviet returned all the territories they conquered during the war (that is, most of Europe) and gives the allies a huge amount of war reparation. This decision angered many of anti-soviet part of the Allies, and specifically, a certain German named Albert Schmidt, a soldier and an archeologist who are interested in esoteric artifacts, and staunch anti-bolshevik. After he returned to Germany, he and several of his archeologist friend and far-right politicians formed a Thule Party and soon took over Germany following the elections in the 60s, with Schmidt become the Chancellor. During his term and eventual ascension as "Der Furhrer" in 1965, Schmidt portrayed the Allies in his propaganda as spineless liberal cowards who don't have the guts to destroy the greatest threat to the western civilization (i.e, Soviet Bolshevism and Asiatic Technocracy). He also upstarted the revival of Germanic Pagan iconography used in his propaganda including the Black Sun and the Valknut Symbol, but still consider themselves a Christian nation. In 1965, the German annexed Austria and Czech Sudetenland while puppetting the rest of Czechia and and Slovakia. Hungary snags some parts of Slovakia and after that, with Italy, formed an alliance known as "Thule Grand Coalitions" but the rest of the world known them as the Thule Axis. Finland and recently Egypt joined afterwards. Recently, The Germans begin a massive rearmament program that haven't been seen before since the First World War. Which worries the European Allies and concerned the Soviet. The Allies sent a warning to the German Reich but the latter shrug it off and told the Allies that they were building a "Defensive Force" in case of another Soviet Invasion. In secret however, The Germans have prepared a weapons based on occult powers and supernatural forces that will be used against everyone that stand in their way.

Meanwhile the Soviet managed to get themselves back up and running again after the war and managed to pay 45% of all reparations imposed by the allies. All that while still being able to secretly funds socialist revolts around the world and conduct a space programs, albeit less advanced and funded than the Allies or the Japanese counterpart. All of those however, are merely an upfront while secretly the Soviet have been rebuilding their forces to be used for another "War of Global Revolution". The current soviet Premier, Viktor Mezhnikov is less friendly to the Allies, and grows even more so after the several assassination attempt that revealed to be conducted by the CIA and MI6 after the KGB (the new soviet intelligence bureau replacing the controversial NKVD) investigation, but still managed to keep his cool toward the bourgeois powers, at least for now. However, Mezhnikov recently starts to become more radical and start to sent all the allegedly pro-Allies element in the government to the gulag camps and his weekly speeches talks about the controversial topic including the "global revolution" and "how Stalin is not such a bad person after all".

The Japanese Empire and its multinational organization, The Greater East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere have been doing some land grabs and power projection unchecked as the Allies busy with the rebuilding themselves and kept the Soviet in check following the second world war. Right now, the Japanese leads in robotics and nanotechnology front with both being weaponized as of late. The Japanese Navy grows larger stronger but still feel themselves being outnumbered by the combined might of the Allied Navy still lurking in the Pacific, especially after the US revealing another three new carriers in Oahu. On Mainland Asia, their luck is considerably growing as they tried their new weapons and arsenal against the underpowered Chinese and carved new territories for the Empire as the result. All thanks to the ambition of Emperor Yoshiro and Soucihiro Murata who thinks that the Japanese should "fulfill their destiny" of conquering Asia a long time ago and they were intending to finish what they have started in 1931.

The Allies after WWII is in a bad shape and both Britain and France along with other Western European nations reformed themselves drastically, with the British combining the rest of her empire into Federalized Commonwealth while Western Europe united and later federalized into European Democratic Alliance. The US maintained a semi-isolationist policy that they will only joined the war in Europe in case of another Soviet invasion. That policy however is challenged as a two socialist states; Mexico and Cuba, appeared right on their doorstep and more warhawk elements of the congress wants an invasion of both country in order to keep Communist influence out of the Americas, while the more "pacifist" elements wants to keep them alone and perceived the two nations as being too weak to be able to become a threat. The compromising solution from the two is a large fortified and heavily armed walls build along the US-Mexico border. There's also growing concern, especially from the Navy that the Japanese are growing more stronger and rumors spread that the Japanese would invade the Philippines anytime soon. Meanwhile, the Allies have been supplying the KMT China with weapons and supplies to keep the region from completely fall into the Japanese, which makes the latter dismayed and lamented about the Allies interfering with what they perceived as "Local Conflict".

The Year is 1976, the storm of war is gathered on all side. One poised to spread the revolution, one wants to keep the world free of any form of tyranny, one wants to destroy Liberalism and Bolshevism and established the "Eternal Black Sun", and one wants to unite all the world under one Emperor in his divine destiny. Which one would prevail? which one would fall? Only time will tell.
