SAVE RURSUS' EYES! [link] Rursus is going blind... she needs our help, because she really does have a way to save her sight!

Lasiks surgery is NOT a cosmetic surgery for her. She will still need glasses, and she doesn't care. LASIK surgery has been used to cure and prevent blindness, and it can for her, as well. They have the technology, they have the ability, she has been told it will get get vision better than it has ever been in her life! As well as either slow, or halt the degrade that is eating away at her vision.

Since Rursus was born, she has been going blind. She only had 20% of her vision at birth, and it's QUICKLY being chipped away. She has had this fear for a long time... but this world has the solution now! We have the ability to give children who were blind their sight, we have the ability to prevent this!

Do you know how it feels to wake up and be afraid you won't see anything? What would you do if you grew up knowing it could happen? And then what if you suddenly... fresh out of High School by two years, just starting your life... and you go to read the text on a battery... and cannot make out the words. Even with your glasses on, even with all that you have... you can't make out the words?

And you're an artist.

Rursus lost her safety. She lost the ability to have blindness be a "scary chance." Something we fear will happen from infections and head injuries. She knows it is happening, it IS happening now.
She lost her safety and her medical insurance. She needs $8,000 to sever her vision. And that is a lot of money, but there are a LOT of us!

Beyond that, there is a LIST: [link] Of artists and crafters who are doing commissions and donating a part of the profit to ~Rursus ! So, this is not even a matter of free money, there are very talented artists willing to aid! Rather than begging for donations, we are simple asking this:

Check the list. Check out ~Rursus 's art! She is doing commissions!

All we are asking is for you to consider Rursus's artists before considering others. They are of all skill levels and talents!! I am one of them, offering to make custom Jewelry! There are SOOO many talents! Greeting cards, paper children... whatever you want, one of us will be able to do it!
