i believe it hangs from a wire & the image was rotaded °90 CCW

hmm, it doesn't hang. it's more likely attached. the image has been rotated 90 cw

ohh last guess, im playing with the image & it seems shiny - metallic ??
say its from the airport, then must be from a antenna or something

it isn't shiny at all. It's made of plastic, about 40 cm of diameter and attached to a wire - or should I say cable?
