Mausolinia watched her handmaids work with a contented smile. They worked diligently on a magnificent dress, the detailing exquisite. She frowned ever so slightly, however, after a moment. "The neckline. Make it lower. I would never wish to seem a lower caste."

The girl winced and nodded immediately. "Yes, mistress, of course..." She immediately began the corrections, looking ready to cry in fear.

Mausolinia stood and left the room, nodding to her servants as she exited. She walked for a bit before exiting the manor entirely, into a magnificent garden. The flora was magnificently well-kept, flowers of all colors immaculately kept. The center of the garden, however, was the true spectacle. Two massive golden statues dominated the courtyard, one of herself, and the other of her husband, Anselm. The statues depicted them with no clothing, their beauty and purity on display for all to see.

After staring at the structure for a bit, she noted a young handmaiden who seemed equally enthralled. With a scowl, Mausolinia approached. "Girl! Tell me, what are you doing?"

The girl snapped out of it, turning to Mausolinia before stepping back and cowering. "I-I...forgive me, mistress... I was simply admiring..."

"And who gave you permission to do so, hm?" Mausolinia held out a hand, a whip forming from a bright white magic. "Certainly not I, and the Marquess is not at home." She swung the whip, lashing the young girl across her exposed skin and sending her to her knees. Mausolinia placed her heel on the girl's back and pressed down, pushing her further to the ground. "I will show you the meaning of obedience, little Seibare. Perhaps then the purity of our radiance will not be wasted on you." She flicked her wrist, and the light cracked down on the girl's back again. And again. And again.
