used v ray as the renderer. photoshop for depth and light rays

Nice one! Love the soft feeling it has. You have a selective focus going on here, with the chair and table, with the apples and glass there, but it kind of gets ruined by the harsh sharpness of the window behind it. Maybe a blur on that window, or some kind of window effect to make it not so prominent. Overall though I really like it

Actually, if I had to nitpick, I'd say the apples. I'm not sure exactly. I know the shadows for the apples seem a little odd to me. If the light is all coming in up from the right, why is their shadows for the apples in their front (our right)?
Everything else looks pretty good. The texturing is well done, although it's slightly to "new" looking for my tastes. I'd personally grunge it up a tiny bit and make it look slightly worn in places, especially the ground. Lastly the wine glass, it's hard to notice less you're really looking. I might move it to the other side of the apples...rearrange the items on the table a tiny bit in order of importance to the scene that they are suppost to have for you. Although I do like how it's in reaching distance to the chair.
