Hallo everyone.It has been awhile since I've posted anything.
I guess I should explain my hiatus.
I had this show at a coffee shop last month. I put up a blank canvas, let everyone draw on it, and painted everything they drew. (With the exception of the floating thumb my friend Dan drew. It was just too darn cool to paint over.)
Enjoy this gaudy pasture of unearthly delights.

Erm. *starts counting on fingers, runs out... and starts on toes* Erm.. Um..
Let me see. It was up for a month at the coffee shop. I would go in most evenings after work, every weekend, and every day I had off. It was at this level of finish at the end of the month. It was a lot of time.... Every free moment I could spend, practically.

Please give me a holler when you are done! THis is such an awesome way to get people together. Artists are hermits, and don't really get together and jam the way musicians can! It is really exciting to hear that more people might do collaborative art. Good luck!!!!

Haha, no worries about finding the flying thumb, I think it is suppose to be a troll or sorts anyway... I'm not exactly sure, cause I think it is a thumb with an inverted nail bed and bleeding open arteries.

Yay! That is exactly how I feel! I believe that most people don't understand, like or feel connected to modern art anymore.. But art is supose to represent people of a period in history, not just be artsy and sit in a private collection collection fly specs and dust...
