Description Now we get into the Kalosian forms. Voltorb and Electrode are based on Apricorns, and they inhabit the now-deserted PokeBall Factory, which has rapidly become overtaken by nature. Noctowl is of course based on snowy owls and can be found near Snowbelle City. Finally, Hoppip's line was largely inspired due to wanting to put a special regional variant in the Lumiose Catacombs, an area that'll be in the Kalos part of the story. They're basically just intended to be wilted, but there's of course some influence there from grave offerings of flowers.
EDIT: Base stats added thanks to !

Kalosian Voltorb
Ball Pokemon
Grass/Fairy type
HT: 1'0"
WT: 11.2 lbs.
Ability: Prankster, Dazzling
Hidden Ability: Pixilate
Egg Groups: Mineral
Evolves into Kalosian Electrode at Lv. 30
Though only recently rediscovered, they're thought to be the oldest and most natural form of Voltorb. They're easily mistaken for Apricorns deep in certain woods, but will burst in a brilliant flash if picked up.
Base stats: 40/30/55/85/55/65

Kalosian Electrode
Ball Pokemon
Grass/Fairy type
HT: 3'03"
WT: 65.1 lbs.
Ability: Prankster, Dazzling
Hidden Ability: Pixilate
Egg Groups: Mineral
Evolves from Kalosian Voltorb at Lv. 30
The Voltorb that gather alongside them explode in unison to help amplify their own explosions. They giggle before exploding, and will often do some mostly unprovoked, just for their own amusement.
Base stats: 60/75/80/110/80/85

Kalosian Noctowl
Owl Pokemon
Ice/Flying type
HT: 4'11"
WT: 89.9 lbs.
Ability: Slush Rush, Keen Eye
Hidden Ability: Overcoat
Egg Groups: Flying
Evolves from Hoothoot when an Ice Stone is used
Their thick feathers protect them from even the harshest cold, but can hinder them when they need to fly fast. Their flight is silenced by falling snow, allowing for easy ambushing of prey.
Base stats: 100/40/50/96/116/50

Kalosian Hoppip
Cottonweed Pokemon
Ghost/Dark type
HT: 0'08"
WT: 0.5 lbs.
Ability: Pitiful (Lowers the opponent's attack when hit with a direct attack), Friend Guard
Hidden Ability: Grieving (Boosts attack and special attack each one stage for each fainted teammate upon entry in battle)
Egg Groups: Fairy, Grass
Evolves into Kalosian Skiploom when leveled up with high friendship
Hoppip have long been used as grave offerings in Kalos due to their cheery dispositions, resulting in a unique population within the Lumiose Catacombs descended from generations of Hoppip left there. A lack of sunlight has severely stunted their growth, forcing them against their wishes to feed instead off of grief and the last regrets of the deceased.
Base stats: 35/25/40/55/65/30

Kalosian Skiploom
Cottonweed Pokemon
Ghost/Dark type
HT: 1'04"
WT: 1.1 lbs.
Ability: Pitiful (Lowers the opponent's attack when hit with a direct attack), Friend Guard
Hidden Ability: Grieving (Boosts attack and special attack each one stage for each fainted teammate upon entry in battle)
Egg Groups: Fairy, Grass
Evolves from Kalosian Hoppip when leveled up with high friendship
Evolves into Kalosian Jumpluff when a Dusk Stone is used
Their perpetually wilted blooms make them targets of pity and sorrow. Despite the isolated nature of their population, constant human intervention is needed if they are to grow and evolve, as their natural habitat simply isn't conducive to their development.
Base stats: 55/35/50/65/85/50

Kalosian Jumpluff
Cottonweed Pokemon
Ghost/Dark type
HT: 2'0"
WT: 2.0 lbs.
Ability: Pitiful (Lowers the opponent's attack when hit with a direct attack), Flower Veil
Hidden Ability: Grieving (Boosts attack and special attack each one stage for each fainted teammate upon entry in battle)
Egg Groups: Fairy, Grass
Evolves from Kalosian Skiploom when a Dusk Stone is used
They are constantly at the brink of tears thanks to being born from loss and grown from regrets. Perhaps because of this they're extremely protective of those who develop bonds with them, valuing their lives above their own.
Base stats: 75/45/70/85/115/70

I especially like the contrast between an ordinary Electrode's stats and a Kalosian Electrode's stats, thank you!
