The sad thing is, Ragna is totally of average intelligence. It's just that he's surrounded by people that expect him to have knowledge completely beyond what one could reasonably expect from a boy who was raised in isolation by... well, a cat. Or from a human in general *glares at rachel*. Poor guy just can't catch a break... everyone expects a fuckton from him, but also expect failure from him.
