I wouldn't imagine menacing stone creatures meant to scare off bystanders and keep away villainous figures would make for very good or comfortable footholds.

Razmere, it's simple, tape your feet to the top of the gargoyle, and you'll reduce the risk of falling. Or go to to Batman's gargoyle perching classes. Or perhaps you could do both.

just goes to show that duct tape may be durable and sticky, but it's not a spider web..... barely works as a grappling hook for that matter.
