I've been toying around with the new PPG Character Creator by who also made Powerpuff Z 3. There's a link to download the program here. tifu.deviantart.com/art/Powerp⦠It doesn't have as many features as the Create-a-Fighter mode from PPZ3, but I didn't let that stop me from making as many of my OCs as possible.
First up is obviously Blazer. His hair style in PPZ3 is the spiky hair swept forward, but since that wasn't an option, I went for Butch's spiky hairstyle as an alternative. Still came out pretty good though.

The currently available animations are a bit glitchy, but it is an early build. I took the screenshot of Blazer during the kick of the "Fight!" animation. It's more noticeable on characters with skirts on.
