The story behind Blazer's new hairstyle is that he let Bubbles brush his hair. He has no idea Bubbles styled his hair after Chance, the lead singer of the Sensitive Thugs.

When I saw the new Powerpuff Girls episode "Escape From Monster Island" I realized the hairstyle I gave Blazer in Powerpuffyourself was identical to Sensitive Thugs lead singer Chance!
