This chart here is something that be applied to my Tree of Knowledge chart rcdeschene.deviantart.com/art/… . However, the details and concepts as featured here were inspired and influenced by Maxis PC video game series, The Sims.In every Soul, there are three primary Universal Essential Paths of Life that one's Spirit can take form of. These Essences can be determined by the make up and status of one's overall personality and their respective traits. The three Primary Universal Essences are Light, Twilight, and Dark. The traits and attributes that form these Essences are the five main categories of Personality in which are Neat, Outgoing, Active, Playful, and Nice. In every personality category there are three main levels. Depending on how positive or negative, or how aggressive or passive the energies of one's personality trait is within a certain category determines the level of the individual's Essence attribute:
Neat:
Neat Freak = Light
Occasional Cleaner = Twilight
Slob = Dark
Outgoing:
People Person = Light
Member of the Crowd = Twilight
Shy = Dark
Active:
Energetic = Light
Laid Back = Twilight
Lazy = Dark
Playful:
Life of the Party = Light
Amused = Twilight
Serious = Dark
Nice:
Compassionate = Light
Easy-going = Twilight
Mean = Dark
The three primary stereotypical personality Essences would then formulate as follows:
Light:
Neat Freak
People Person
Energetic
Life of the Party
Compassionate
Twilight:
Occasional Cleaner
Member of the Crowd
Laid Back
Amused
Easy-going
Dark:
Slob
Shy
Lazy
Serious
Mean
Those who possess the majority of four or all five traits of a certain Path are of its true Essence. However, there are other Paths that are intertwined in-between the three Primary Universal Essences that can formulate from different combinations of other levels of personality traits and attributes:
Dawn:
Light
Light
Light
Twilight/Dark
Twilight/Dark
Dusk:
Light/Twilight
Light/Twilight
Dark
Dark
Dark
If one's personality is mostly Light or Dark but possesses levels of the other Essences, this would result in a tone of Dawn and Dusk, the time periods in-between the phases of Day and Night.
There is one more Essential Path of Life, the "Alternate" Twilight. there are two Twilights per day, one that takes place before Dawn in the AM hours, and the other that occurs between Day and Dusk during the PM hours. The Universal Primary Essence of Twilight is actually the Twilight of the PM time. The AM Twilight is a neutral entity as well, however it is composed of other qualities of the three Essential personality Paths:

Light: Circle with Dot (Sun)
Twilight (PM): Circle with Cross (Earth)
Dark: Circle (Moon)
Dawn: Joined Circle with Dot to Circle (Sun/Moon)
Dusk: Joined Circle to Circle with Dot (Moon/Sun)
Twilight (AM): Circle with Diagnol Cross (Earth)

exactly. The gameplay has to match the elegance of the story. If the story is weak then the gameplay will not be as enjoyable. That's why I love the Mass Effect series. the story sucks me in so quickly.

They would if the systems could handel such content. Look at FFVII for example. Square actually admitted they want to do Re:VII, but if they do it at this rate, production would take forever and they'd have to STILL compress everything into a series of multiple disks. They want to wait until a PS comes by that can fit everything they intend.

Mutable Signs are very Dual. In fact, In Kabbalic corispondence, The Mutable Quality is the Balanced Pillar of Mildness between the Active Masculine innitiative of Cardinal (Right/Mercy) and the Passive Feminine resistence of Fixed (Left/Severity). As the Twilight sands bwtween the Light and the Darkness, so does Sagittarius stand between the Fixed Autumn of Scorpio and the Cardinal Winter of Capricorn.

I mean to that I wounder how may stereotypical Fire & Water Signs there are who express the qualities thier extreme Polaries. Fire would be more prone to Light as Fire Signs are Masculine, Positive and Active like the power of Yang, while Water Signs would bear more of a Dark essense as they are naturally Feminine, Negative, and Passive like all that is associated with Yin.
You Air Signs are balanced with both Masculine & Feminine, Positive & Negative, as well as Active & Passive qualities, making you both Light and Dark, and thus inheriting the third essense of Twilight! ^^

this kind of thing always confuses me.
I am a slob in dishes, but I keep my books really well ordered. My papers are all scattered all over my house, but my lists of words are freakishly organised... both/and...

Well, to mee this sounds like a personality parodox. XD But What you want to do is try your best as to round off a Personality quality as best as you can. A way to help figure that out is by paying attention to how frequent and predominent this certian quality is and how it is ofen expressed.

I am made of paradoxes -
I believe that any time a dogma is known ("I am" this way and not "that way" etc.) it should be broken with, smashed apart.
I guess I see these circles not as a way of knowing the self as it is "being" ("I am being such and such" implies that this quality is inate to your personality, rather than a learned, social, and cultural influence) but in order to know the self which we have the potential to become.
The "individual" and "static" (being) self is an unusual thing to us. Somewhat like a chimera.

Indeed, there are three forms of our essence, Personal, Social, and Universal. But the point of this is if you had to sum up the overall quality, what would you be. Because everyone has that overal essence, it just a matter of doing the math of what you think you'd be if you had to be defined as either This or that.
There are those who strictly limit alligences to either Light (Which is also often attributed Goodness and Virtue) or Darkness (as Evil and Sinnful). Since I know that there are so math more paths than just those two, it's nice to know ecactlt HOW Light or Dark one is (And that's withOUT Good & Evil)... ^^
