Description
This is another preproduction style painting I recently finished for a different class this semester. It is from the "Superman Lives" script that Kevin Smith wrote a few years ago. At this point, Doomsday has just thrown Superman through a wall in the subway and is now going through the hole to finish him off. Unlike the Star Wars painting, which was done in acrylics, I did this one in gouache. It was the first time I used gouache and I really liked it. I'll probably continue to use this medium, in addition to acrylics. The script for this movie can also easily be found online, so go check it out!More to come soon!

Great job on Doomsday here! With all of his boney protrusions, he is probably one of the harder characters to draw. Great work.
