Description Finally finished It took me a while because I was playing around with different affects and textures. In the end, I did not use a texture. Didn't give it an animated feel. I hope you all like it Enjoy!

Oh my Rod, this is utterly inspired!
As usual, your work progresses in leaps and bounds and I simply can't get enough of your tremendous lighting skills. The defocused background works incredibly well also!

Onto the subject of the lady herself though, she is magnificent; her figure is magnificent, and I adore the addition of her cybernetic arm. Is the hovering device a futuristic birdcage microphone, or does it serve some other purpose?

This piece really makes me want to know more about her story :lovely:

Thank you so much Stacey I have been trying to push my art even further this year. So I have been trying different coloring techniques and everything. I have even taken to doing a soft brushed painter style as well. Check them out [link] Is it okay to submit artwork to your art jam afterward? I have a pretty sweet idea for a piece. I just want to do it for the fun of it. I haven't had much time to get in a submission because of work and stuff so I do apologize.

I like how you incorporated the background. It looks like a manipulated photo, but the way you worked the colors makes it fit perfectly. Nice job on the lovely lady on stage too.

Thank you I was too lazy to draw one in so I took a manipulated photo and put a photo filter on it so that it fit the color of the lighting. I was online looking at references for torch singer scenes. I hope I nailed right.

I would say if you wanted to add anything to this image, it would be some sort of basic texture for the stage. Some wood planks could easily be done by making some straight lines, each one a little wider apart than the last set to give the illusion of perspective.

But really, the background fits this image so well, it's hard to find anything that's not really working.
