The Venture Explorer ATV from the RPG Star Frontiers. I wanted something that more closely approximated the "big 4WD van" look from the cover of the basic rulebook, and figure that there are probably several makes and styles of all terrain heavy vehicle that would fit the description of "Explorer" from the rules. The Heavy Laser turret system turned out much better than I expected (there is a fan at the rear of the weapon that serves as the weapon's heat rejection system.) There is an access panel in the rear to support external AC and DC power needs as well as high voltage terminals for large loads or recharging the parabattery in addition to compressed air connections to run tools or for hose connections.

It's hard to see in these renders, but the tires read "$treel Belted Radial SHUR-GRIP."
