There are barely any fanfics about of The Doctor as The Shield Hero, which is such a pity because it's a potential and interesting thought, depending on which incarnation of the Time Lord who replaces Naofumi as the hated Shield Hero, from pre-Time War to the war scarred.

Also if/when The Three Stooges witness the mortally wounded Doctor regenerate it would further convince them that this is all a video game and they can be revived once they stop believing that The Doctor uses cheat codes.
