Something I did for a talented writer
This is for the 3rd chapter of their story:
Souls Hill Ch.3Chapter 3: The Other World
“She’s here!”
Hearing this new voice made Lucinda’s eyes open, only to wish that she’d kept them closed. A beast with the body of a lion, and the tail of a scorpion roared at her as it charged for her. She screamed, falling back against the ground and holding up her right forearm in defense.
She didn’t know the symbol on her hand was still there, and glowing brighter now. The beast saw this just as it pounced. Big mistake.
Lucinda saw as the glow from her hand became a bolt of lightning that struck the beast and sent it back to the ground howling in pain. In her shock, Lucinda lowered her arm to look at her hand, then to the beast farther away with wide eyes.
“How did—?”
Lucinda was unable to finish her question when she saw the beast trying to lift itself up off the ground, refusing to die. Before it could even get both of its front legs up, Lucinda gasped when a blade swung down and lopped off it’s

Speaking of middle school, you know how a long time I had an idea where Idris infiltrates a middle school? Well, I’m finally working on the story. It’ll take me a little while but until then, I have a drawing of human Idris that I think you’ll like.
