Pearl is Viago because both are neat and tidy, practically run the house, and have a lost love they miss.
Garnet is Vladislas simply out of irony. Vladislas wants to be in a happy, healthy relationship, something Garnet knows a thing or two about
Amethyst shares Deacon's shamelessness and rebellious nature, not to mention how both bond with the characters below.
Steven is Nick as both are the youngest of the group and newcomers in their own way.
