Jerotter ([link] ) decided to preach right to the choir with this commission, so I went nuts with my my most time-consuming techniqe, the Smudge of Death. Also, he said he wanted it to look like it tickled WAY too much, so I think I got some of that across. I think I might actually feel sorry for Bing, for once.
Also, check scraps for an alternate version. :3
Also, this is about $35-40 worth of picture. :3
