Prize for =bladebandit for catching my 21K pageview. It's only a wee bit late.

I tried to really focus on body anatomy on the horse and I was quite proud of the fetlocks...however, resizing and the grass nommed them up. I think I may submit a different version of this as well since I painted in grayscale first.

Dunno what happened with background. I tried so many different ones and none seemed to fit...this one seemed to just paint itself though. Hope you like it dearie.

Hope the markings are right...I had to guess at her chest.

I'm going to get some sleep now...

Ok, well I'm still pretty darn stunned and speechless from this, but I'll try to give you as good a comment as I can!

The first thing I noticed was the amount of sheer detail within her. o_o Just - wow. The shading just seems flawless; her coat really seems to shimmer, and all the muscles that should be defined on a horse are defined. <333 The facial muscles are just beautiful and her ears have such a lovely round shape. I especially love the legs the most. They're just SO full of detail! I always find the legs to be the hardest part, but wow. They look stunning here.

I also hove how shiny her mane is. It's just how I imagine it to be~ I like how her tail is all curly and flick-y at the end. <333 Socutefjshf <3333

Her pose is all happy and carefree...it's as though she's really prancing through that grass! Very pretty~ <3

And and the eye. ;.; It's all shiny and glossy and full of life. That alone brings the piece to life.

I love love looovee how accurate her design is here. Especially love how you did her butt-stripes too, with the way they kinda wrap around her body. And for the record; yes. That's how I image the pattern at her chest to be. :3 Sorry it's not so clear on the reference! <3

And darn, I think the background is incredible. It's perfect for her personality, and the colours just seem to be so perfectly suited. The blur-effect to the grass really adds depth, and those trees in the distance look so soft and bushy.

I was just wondering...is there a larger version I could possibly have? >_>; I sound like a right pig asking, but resizes often reduce the beauty of pieces. |D; That, and I just like to oogle over things in a larger size, LOL. XD No worries at all if you don't want to send me a bigger version though! <3 I understand! <333

I so very, very happy that you like it and that it turned out to your expectations.

I have to admit for being a fool and not saving the full-size complete version with the background. I do have the full size version of Taima and I'll go ahead and post that now and I'll send you and unwatermarked copy at full size if you will note me your email.
