Hey guys!Something a little different today (other than sequential art!). Mortal Kombat :: Sub Zero...need I say more?
This is a FREE sketch I did for someone who bought a copy of my Ozmosis Chills 2 book. As a bonus I have been doing these sketches for anyone who buys a copy of my sketchbook. This was the first one. You can see another sketch here:
I enjoy doing these and will keep them going until i run out of sketchbooks

I like - you nailed Sub Zero & make me wish for my old game system - LOL - and if I wasn't a starving graphic design student, myself, I'd take you up on the fab offer. LOL but I wish you well with your books. And, although it's not of import, I'm a DC fan. Bats, Sandman and Wonder Woman, to be exact. Figured I'd speak up for the DC'ers out there, since you complained you weren't hearing from any. LOL

hahaha...well, thanks! It's just that all the sketches I have drawn have been of Marvel characters mostly, so I was wondering where the DC fans were. I'm glad to hear there is at least one of you out there!

Are you just coloring the sketches after the fact or do they get the full color sketch

I started colouring them for fun, but now I am shipping out a full colour print along with the original art....so really you are getting a full colour sketch for $25 and a FREE sketchbook full of art. I must be going crazy in my old age!

Your foreshortening skills rock dude, an I really love the way you do fingers seriously. Sub zero was always my favourite of the classic MK games before Scorpion won me over on the current generations

Yeah man, I think they wanted to create a more individual feel to each character rather than the whole, one ninja is ice and the other is fire counterpart thing. Scorpion definitely got the better fashion sense
