Yea, he's pretty cool, I like the background. But, what is it that he can do. Using his awesome Wi-Fi powers. Some of the other commenters said he's like this generations megaman and you can respect that, but megaman was badass man. He was legendary, how will Wi-Fighter stack up tp him? How will Wi-Fighter protect all the innocents of his world with his technologically savvy self?
But all Q's aside, this is quite original, its a good take on this day and ages technology.

Like I said, I love your use of colour, it gives him a nice sleek look.
And those sparks/light beams for his ears look really cool too.
... so does his hand.
