Description

In a secret research facility somewhere, the prototype of a specialized android was completed. The laboratory’s sensors then picked up the presence of three of the android prototype’s intended targets. The android’s creator, satisfied with his work, loaded the prototype into a launch capsule and fired it towards New York City… Meanwhile, in New York, we travel to the apartment of John Kent, the secret identity of the superhero Superman, who is being visited by his college-age son Clark Kent. Joining the father and son in this visitation is John’s friend Bruce Wayne, aka The Batman, and former music star Diana Creon-Trevor, aka Wonder Woman. Also with them are Bruce’s infant son Damian, and Diana’s twin toddlers Michael and Louise. They were discussing Clark’s progress in training with his natural-born metahuman abilities when a call came over the heroes’ communicators. A humanoid entity is attacking the streets of New York City, according to the communique, and then the group heard a blast from the humanoid’s attack. John, Bruce, and Diana changed into their respective superhero identities and traveled to the scene of the attack. Clark remained behind to look after Bruce and Diana’s kids. On the streets of the city, an all-green humanoid male was attacking the populace and destroying property. The three heroes, Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, confronted the humanoid, which spoke in a robotic tone and called itself “Trinity”, and it did battle with them. Over the course of the fight, Trinity’s body slowly but surely morphed into an amalgamation of all three heroes’ costumes. He even started gaining their fighting skills and superhuman abilities. Even Superman was becoming slowly outmatched by Trinity’s combined strength and skills. Even when Batman and Wonder Woman fought Trinity in their respective combat vehicles, the android was still a match for them. They would later hypothesize that Trinity was created using the technology of Amazo, one of the Justice League’s old enemies. At the end of a long and arduous fight, Trinity had Superman by the throat in mid-air and was about to break his neck when a laser blast caught Trinity in its right eye and exploded it! It was Clark, who fired his heat vision from his father’s apartment balcony with such power and precision that Trinity couldn’t react and adapt to it in time. The android fell to earth and disintegrated into a puddle of nanotechnological sludge. Superman used his own heat vision to destroy what remained. In the end, Batman took an undestroyed sample of the nanotech to look into, and left for his city with his infant son. WW also returned home with her two kids. Superman remained in his city, gave his son Clark a hug, told him he did great, and helped relief efforts for all the damage to the city. The mystery creator of the Trinity android was watching the fight from afar, and proclaimed that the test was a success. He and his “associates” would then get to work on a means of mass producing their “Composite Androids” and then, ‘the Justice League is doomed’…

Notes:

*Trinity is based on the Composite Superman, a villain who is green-skinned with a costume that’s half-Superman, and half-Batman. I decided to jazz it up with WW’s parts.

*Trinity and the Composites that would follow it later are created using Amazo’s technology. His severed head and still-alive human brain are in the possession of the enigmatic creator of the Composites.
