Description Power Control Inc. (Damage Control + Power Company) is a metahuman-staffed construction company, specializing in repairing structures damaged in superhero-on-supervillain battles.

Left to Right:
Soothsayer, Borstro, Ann-Marie Power, Comptroller Z, Rocket Rex.

Anne Marie Power:
Amalgamation of: Anne Marie Hoag + Josiah Power
Biography: The founder, president, and CEO of Power Control Infrastructural Recovery Incorporated LLC, Miss Anne Marie Power doesn't, and I quote, “believe that one's history should be available for public consumption”. All that's known is she was a high-power lawyer before exposure to an alien parasite that gave her superhuman powers.
Powers: Highly intelligent businesswoman and legal attorney, morphing flesh into organic stone that provides superhuman strength/stamina/durability/weight.

Controller Z:
Amalgamation of: Comptroller (Albert Cleary) + Striker Z
Real Name: Albert Tsang
Biography: Albert Tsang was an accounting manager for a movie studio. He was on the set of a movie his studio was working on when he was involved in an accident. The accident gave him the superhuman ability to generate electricity, but his bosses fired him (seeing him as an insurance liability). Anne-Marie Power hired Albert for his business expertise, but she also commissioned for him a super-suit that is activated by his electric powers. He became the comptroller for Power Control, and his co-workers gave him the superheroic nickname “Controller Z”.
Powers: Very intelligent businessman; bio-electricity generation; super-suit grants superhuman physical ability, flight, and concussion blasts.

Soothsayer:
Amalgamation of: Visioneer + Witchfire
Real Name: Rebecca Dunton
Biography: A single mother and former fashion model, Rebecca Dunton is also a powerful magic user. When Power Control Inc. started up, Rebecca was hired as the head of their search-and-rescue team because of her psychic powers; she took on the codename Soothsayer. A chance meeting with Eric Choi (Eric O'Grady + Ryan Choi), the second Atom-Ant (Ant-Man + The Atom), sent Rebecca on an adventure that led to her learning that she was a homunculus, a magically-created human. How she will deal with that revelation is left for her to decide...
Powers: Telepathy, magic knowledge and abilities.

Borstro:
Amalgamation of: Monstro + Bork
Real Name: Carl Johnson
Biography: Fireman Carl Johnson rescued a boy from drowning, and was given a magic statue as a reward. The statue of the beast Borstro magically gave Carl superhuman strength, but he couldn't control it and accidentally killed his wife and child. On the run from the law, Carl gained the help of the hero Silverflash (Quicksilver + The Flash) to destroy the statue and remove the magic powers. Carl surrendered willingly to the police, but somehow regained his powers in prison. The authorities considered moving him to a metahuman penitentiary, but Anne-Marie Power was able to get Carl released. He now serves in Power Control, Inc. as part of search-and-rescue, and takes on the codename “Borstro”, after the monster depicted in the statue that gave him his powers.
Powers: Trained fireman and emergency technician; magical transformation into a man-monster with superhuman strength/stamina/durability/senses/regeneration.

Rocket Rex:
Amalgamation of: Edifice Rex + Skyrocket
Real Name: Celia Randolph
Biography: Celia Randolph, callsign: Rex, was an ace military pilot, until she crashed on a mission. On the desert island she landed on, she found a green sphere that fused to her body in the form of an alien battlesuit (created by the same alien responsible for the heroes Dark Atom [Darkhawk + Cpt. Atom] and the third Blue Spider [Spider-Woman + Blue Beetle]). Leaving the military because she didn't want to use the suit for destructive purposes, Celia was hired by Power Control. Her codename is “Rocket Rex”.
Powers: Flight; superhuman strength/stamina/durability; heat lasers; enhanced mental abilities provides danger-sensing precognition and superhuman engineering acumen.

OMG! I should've known Damage Control would've had an alternate version of themselves in the DC universe! This is awesome! They would so kick ass!

Nice backstories! (Though I do feel sorry for Borstro.) Now I really want to read both Damage Control and The Power Company.
