Generally at some regular stationer's shops, but when it comes to buying branded stuff, like Promarkers or Staedtler supplies, you've got to find a very well-stocked one or order them in the Internet.
I don't think there's any sense in telling you actual shop names or addresses because I doubt you'd come to Poland just to buy your supplies... XD"

i was going to suggest a lamination... but varnish works well. a glossy lam might make it look shiny and nice!

Have you ever tried a spray fixative instead of a painted-on varnish? Maybe that would work better (not sure, just a suggestion is all).

Have you ever tried to use wood glue? It makes things shiny. Its cheap. Comes in large quantaties. Its seethrough. Just a suggestion. I use wood glue for nearly everything that i want shiny and protected

This was very helpful and i wonder Do you have any other tutorial such as coloring and lineart? I have been drawing anime/manga for 5 years i have not developed a good form when it comes to drawing an original character
