To me it is always the small imperfections that make the whole more believable. The moles and belly button, very small seeming imperfections that only make the subject that more attractive. Great detail, great work.
Her facial expression is so attractive and her eyes haunting. Could look into her eyes for a century.

I think it's just that the blur is constant across the whole background; given that we can almost see her feet, the ground should be coming into focus toward the bottom of the frame.
