Here is a very interesting OC I have came up with.

Timer - Created by a high diety, Timer's duty is to govern the past and the present to make sure no one distrupt the flow of time with his hourglass sceptor. Once he finds someone guilty of messing with the timeline, he has to deliver severe punishment without regret.

Interesting facts-
The high diety that created Timer doesn't let anyone see his true form (except for Timer)
Timer calls everyone Dum-Dum
Timer is actually a rookie
His idol is T.T. (Diddy Kong Racing DS)
