Well here he is my friend. This is the first stage on my entry into bzuma's tropical fakemon contest. It and it's evolutions are loosely based on the tropical Moorish Idol fish. I couldn't decide on a color scheme so I just left it as line art :>. I intended it to be Psychic/Water. Please Enjoy!DO NOT STEAL!
