Description
This is the second stage on my entry into bzuma's tropical fakemon contest. It and it's evolution & prevolution are loosely based on the tropical Moorish Idol fish. I couldn't decide on a color scheme so I just left it as line art :>. I intended it to be Psychic/Water. Please Enjoy!DO NOT STEAL!
