Description
This is the third and final stage on my entry into bzuma's tropical fakemon contest. It and it's prevolutions are loosely based on the tropical Moorish Idol fish. I couldn't decide on a color scheme so I just left it as line art :>. I intended it to be Psychic/Water. It evolves from it's previous stage via friendship. Please Enjoy!DO NOT STEAL!
