Huzzah! I return with a new project. A Hat In Time comic. Okay, so this isn't something I initially thought I'd do. It'll be around 30 pages and most are already done. "WHERE DID THIS COMIC COME FROM OUT OF THE BLUE?"

-I just thought of it last month. It's a retelling of Chapter 3 from the game. Key things are still there, but there are many changes in key places too. For instance, Snatcher cannot directly blackmail the kid for her soul.

"NO! NO! NO! THAT'S DUMB! WHY DO YOU NEED TO CHANGE THINGS?"

-Okay, Mr. Inane.

"HOW DID YOU KNOW MY NAME?"

-Your name is Mr. Inane?

"IAN. MR. IAN NANE."

"DON'T TELL ME YOU ACTUALLY ARE GIVING A NARRATIVE TO THIS DUMB GAME."

-Well, it was just a story idea that came to me. I was kinda... I dunno, dissatisfied with some things. Felt like more there could be touched upon.

"NO! THIS! -IS A STORY WHERE THE KID COMES FROM OUTER SPACE ON A JOURNEY DOING VAGUE UNEXPLAINED THINGS! YOU. ARE NOT. SUPPOSED TO CARE. IT'S BABY-LEVEL STORY TELLING FOR THE BABIES THAT WERE WHINING ABOUT 3D PLATFORMERS WHEN NINTENDO MAKES THEM EVERY YEAR! DO NOT TRY TO APPLY LOGIC TO ANY OF IT."

-I just kinda wanted to challenge myself, all right? It's true I don't really have any stake in making any of the game better story wise.

"SHOULDN'T YOU BE FOCUSING ON COOLER PROJECTS? OH WAIT. SMASHTOPIA WAS NEVER COOL!"
